thermal shock resistance热稳定性

根据防火用硅酸钙板的热稳定性能分为两个等级：G1级 G2级。According to the thermal stability of calcium silicate board for fire protection, it can be divided into two grades: grade G1 and grade G2.

根据防火用硅酸钙板的抗折强度分为四个等级：R1 R2 R3 R4级。According to the flexural strength of calcium silicate board for fire protection, it is divided into four grades: R 1 R 2 R 3 R 4 grades.

各项原材料原材料钙质材料建筑消石灰满足JC/T 481的规定。电石渣电石渣中 Ca0 含量不低于 50%，氯离子含量不高于0.1%。

增强纤维硅灰石推荐采用长径比 L/D为(20~30):1、Si0,含量>50%、Ca0 含量>46% 木浆满足GB/T24321 中合格品的规定。其他纤维 在工艺性能试验的产品达到标准本部分各项性能指标的基础上设计使用。

硅质材料 石英砂 满足JC/T 622 的规定。粉煤灰 满足JC/T 409 的规定。硅藻土 满足 JC/T 414 的规定。

水 宜使用满足JGJ63 规定的拌合用水，也可掺用本产品生产过程中经过沉淀的回水。
其他材料 可适量添加如絮凝剂、消泡剂、颜料等可以改善工艺条件或产品性能的材料。
